1. Access Subscription
With our Access Subscription, you can browse and unlock vetted professionals to build your roster, plan ahead for future shifts, and move quickly when hiring needs arise.
This is ideal for security companies looking to maintain a flexible bench of qualified guards without committing to direct shifts or hires right away.

Use your monthly unlocks to view contact info and reach out directly
Post shift requests or initiate a Direct Hire at any time
Pro & Elite members receive early access to new guard listings and discounted fees
⚠️ Important Note:
Subscribing to our Access Plan does not waive Direct Hire fees if a guard is brought on full-time.
If you add a guard to your roster and engage them for a shift, our standard OnGuard fulfillment rates apply.

2. Convert a Guard from Temporary Shifts (Direct Hire)
If you've worked with an OnGuard Professional through temporary or on-demand shifts and want to hire them permanently, you can convert them through our Direct Hire Program.
This is ideal for clients who identify high-performing professionals during shifts and want to offer them a long-term position.
How it works:
Use OnGuard to fulfill short-term or ongoing security needs.
If you’d like to bring a guard on full-time, simply initiate a Direct Hire conversion.
A one-time direct hire fee applies upon conversion.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, and pursuant to Section 4.7 of our Master Services Agreement, OnGuard will assess a Direct Hire fee for each Guard you hire or directly engage outside the platform after temporary placement as follows:
Standard Fee: $2,500
Reduced Fee: $1,000 — after a guard has worked 320+ hours through OnGuard
If you have a separate agreement or negotiated terms, please refer to that document or contact your account manager directly.
2. Post a Permanent Role to OnGuard (Hiring Campaign)
You can also use OnGuard to recruit for specific permanent positions.
How it works:
Post your open position through OnGuard for a flat campaign fee
Get matched with qualified, vetted professionals — often within 24 hours
View candidate resumes, credentials, bios, and work history
Schedule interviews or optional paid trial shifts to assess fit (*Paid trial shifts are billed at our standard staffing rates)
This route gives you full control over your hiring process and helps ensure long-term fit for your organization.
🔔 Important Note:
If a candidate has worked a shift for you through OnGuard within the past 90 days, a direct hire fee will apply — even if they apply to your permanent role independently.
If the guard’s last shift with you was more than 90 days ago, no additional fee applies beyond the job post campaign.
