How Are Guards Vetted?
1. Guards apply through our app. This screens candidates for credentials and verifies the documentation.
2. We review the candidates credentials and experience prior to interviewing.
3. We personally interview every guard. We prefer group interviews because we are growing a community and we start that culture from our first interaction.
4. Once approved, the guard is activated in our system and will be matched with jobs based on the filters the client chooses.
For Example: only guards with Armed Guard credentials would see a job that requires an Armed Guard.
