Step 1: Guards must pass our "Qualification Questionnaire".
Step 2: Guards submit licenses, resumes, referrals, and social media for verification.
Step 3: Qualified guards are invited to a live group interview.
Can I favorite or block a guard?
Yes! You can mark high-performing guards as “preferred” for future jobs and block any guards who don’t meet your expectations.

OnGuard Technologies, Inc. is a technology platform. All security services are fulfilled through our licensed entities or approved partners, who maintain all required licensing and insurance coverage in each operating region.
